Safety Advisor to PSDP & PSCS
Under the Safety, Health and Welfare (Construction) Regulations 2006, responsibilities have been placed on PSDP in order to improve the health and safety in the construction industry by engaging all parties (client, contractor, engineers, architects etc.) from onset of the project to completion of the project.

Services provided by Safetech
We can provide the safety expertise to assist designers, architects, project managers, contractors etc, in fulfilling the PSDP and Health and Safety Coordinator roles.

Advising the client on their duties and responsibilities under the Safety, Health & Welfare Act, 2005.
Attending Design Team meetings and liaising with Designers, to fulfil the duties of PSDP under the Regulations.
Identifying health & safety issues and ensuring that particular hazards and risks are addressed and possibly designed out of the plans in an appropriate manner.
Preparation of a Preliminary Health & Safety Plan for the construction stage of the project.
Assisting the client in assessing the competency and suitability of the Contractors to act as Project Supervisor (Construction) Stage (PSCS)
Attending site meetings during the construction stage, as required, fulfilling the duties of PSDP under the Regulations.
Preparation of a Safety File (hard copy and digital version) and issuing the PSDP Safety File to the Client.
