Lifting Plant Inspections

Lifting Plant Equipment is required to be thoroughly examined on a regular basis and at a minimum of every 12 months. This time limit may be reduced if the lifting equipment is used in hazardous conditions, is subject to excessive wear or if recommended by manufacturer. A thorough examination will also be required after circumstances liable to have affected the integrity and safety of the lifting equipment. This examination must be carried out by a competent person.

We will give you a price (confirmed in writing) and agree a date/time to carry out the work.

Thorough examinations and reports of inspection are carried out 6 monthly, 12 monthly & 4 yearly depending on the appliance/accessories being used.

Upon completion of the thorough examination, the lifting equipment will be returned with; A report of thorough examination detailing information as required under the Safety, health and Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations 2007.

A report detailing any equipment that is unfit for use and reasons for such.
