We selected ‘Professional Trainer Skills’ as we were keen to provide our new instructors with training in the preparation, delivery and assessment of training material. The training provided an overall understanding of the requirements that training others brings. From the theory of the types of learning styles through to the practical aspects of course delivery, it helps to give a greater insight in the way to develop courses. I would definitely recommend this training to anyone who has to prepare, deliver or evaluate courses. Although the primary reason for holding the course on our site was to upskill our new instructors, it offered the opportunity for other staff to also attend. This allowed the other instructors the chance to refresh and enhance their skills, with all reporting back that the course was of benefit to them.
The customer service is second to none when you deal with Safetech. Through work I have been dealing with Deborah, Maxine & all the team over recent months & they go above & beyond to ensure that their customers are looked after. The whole team are so friendly & helpful. They have shown great compassion & couldn't have been more flexible when we had to change our plans due to unforeseen circumstances.
